By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. When using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
If you have any problems or disagreements, please contact me in a polite manner.

ART

I do not work with deadlines.
I have the right to decline commissions I feel uncomfortable with or which I believe to be outside of my abilities.
Commission type descriptions are a default and may change.
I upload and stream all my art. If you’d rather I didn’t, please tell me.
I may add a background or additional items which will be removed upon request. You will not be charged for these.
I will send you WIPs as I go on to each stage of the artwork.
You will receive a full resolution digital image (PNG format). No physical items will be shipped to any address.

I retain all rights to my works and the way in which they are used.
All commissions are non-commercial - You may not make profits from the artwork in any way.
You may not edit the finished work in any way without my permission. This includes my signature.
You may repost the commission to your site, always including proper credit. All my contact information may be found here.
Do not claim the artwork as your own.

PRICING

PAYMENT

Payment through Paypal (Ko-Fi accepted as last resort).
I will send you a rough pose sketch. Once approved, I will request payment through a PayPal invoice.
I do not work before receiving full payment.

CANCEL / REFUNDS

Once the commission is started, refunds will not be given in full - The amount returned will depend the amount of work done.
No refunds available once colouring has started.
If I cancel your order, I will refund the money in full, regardless of the work done. However, Paypal charges fees for transactions.
